These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of OrCube AI (the "Service"), provided by Code Melodies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("OrCube", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent ("tenant").
OrCube is a multi-tenant AI customer support platform. Depending on your plan, it provides an embeddable chat widget, a WhatsApp integration, a knowledge-base-driven AI assistant, live human-agent handover, appointment booking, custom API integrations, and a tenant admin portal to manage all of the above.
You must provide accurate information when creating a tenant account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
Plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) and their limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time; material changes to pricing will not apply retroactively to an active billing period. Paid plans include a trial period as stated at signup; subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
As a tenant, you control the knowledge base content, API integrations, and configuration of your AI assistant. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process any personal data your end customers share through the chat widget or WhatsApp — including maintaining your own privacy policy for your customers where required. OrCube processes this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Responses from the AI assistant are generated automatically based on your knowledge base, configuration, and the underlying AI provider (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI configuration and knowledge base content, and should not rely on AI responses alone for decisions with legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Twilio (WhatsApp messaging), and AI providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI). Your use of features built on these providers is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by these third parties.
We own all rights in the OrCube platform, including its software, design, and branding. You retain all rights to the content you upload (knowledge base articles, branding, configuration). You grant us a licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrCube is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses resulting from AI-generated responses, third-party service outages, or messaging delivery failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your portal. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, we retain your data for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it is deleted.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and notify tenants by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
